Okay, first time listening to a book from this author and, must say it’s rather good. I really like the ideas in it and, will be grabbing the next one ASAP.
Narrators are really good and, make a great team (hope they keep them for the rest of the books in the series since they are that good together).
I can honestly say, I was a bit caught off guard by how good it is and, am glad to have picked it up.

Decent narrator with good pacing. A little lackluster compared to others but decent and doesn’t detract from the story.
Story 2/5
Bad writing, bad character design and honestly dumb MC makes it difficult to get far into the story without raging. Example: a girl spends a 200g scroll of truth on a stranger she met last night. However, she only had 3gold to her name and cannot afford to fix her gear or pay for housing or food. The characters are all dumb like bricks in similar styles.
